1. General Returns
We offer returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition & packaging.

• You must provide a copy of purchase receipt or order number.

Custom or personalized fabrications are non-returnable unless defective or damaged in transit.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email shivlaserfabrication02@gmail.com within 14 days with your order details and reason for return.

2. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

3. Securely package the item and ship it to the address we provide (you cover shipping).

4. Once received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the refund approval.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

• Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer unless due to our error.

4. Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, email photos to shivlaserfabrication02@gmail.com within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
