• Custom work may require upfront payment or deposits.

• Prices are shown in INR and may include applicable taxes.

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

• For custom orders, a 50% deposit may be required.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are provided at checkout.

• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping providers or unforeseen issues.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is shipped.

5. Cancellation

• Orders for standard products can be cancelled within 24 hours.

• Custom orders are non-cancellable once production begins.

6. Intellectual Property
All content (images, designs, text) on this site is owned by Shiv Laser & Fabrication. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the order value.
